Studio Portrait Sessions

Our studio portrait sessions are casual, easy and fun. With an understanding of dogs and a friendly and calming presence, David is able to ensure that even the most anxious or mischievous dog will be happy and relaxed.

There is no need to worry about accidents or whether your dog will sit still long enough to strike a decent pose! With plenty of treats, cuddles and play breaks, David will use his skills to capture the nuances of your best friend's personality. Their quirky head tilt, the heart-melting doggo eyes they give you when you're eating something yummy and their super happy "I'm so glad you're home, I've missed you" face!

Once we have captured the looks you know and love, we will then creatively edit and retouch the images and showcase these to you at a personal viewing session. Here you will be able to choose from a range of heirloom pieces for you to take home, display and treasure.

We make creating your beautiful photographs easy, relaxed and fun. Our process is broken into two parts:

Your studio portrait session

  • Studio Session with Master Photographer David Brittain

  • Weekday, weekend and evening appointments are available

  • Family members are also welcome - bring your kids, your mum or anyone who is special to you!

  • Professional creative editing and retouching

  • Our Studio Portrait Session Fee is $250

Your viewing appointment

One week after your studio session is your viewing appointment where we show your photographs and the various heirloom pieces you can choose to enjoy them. These include wall art, framed pieces, fine art prints, albums and boxed sets.  Framed wall art starts at $695 and print packages at $750. See our collection of products available here.

We appreciate the only time you can decide to purchase your heirloom pieces to enjoy your photographs, is when you have seen what we have created for you. We are confident that you are going to fall in love with your photographs and want to take some home, however, there is no obligation to do so.

"Izzy and I had such a great time during the photoshoot. Being a rescue dog, Izzy is extremely wary of people she doesn't know, but David made both of us feel very at ease, and Izzy actually seemed to have a lot of fun during the shoot! Plus the photos turned out beautifully, and I'm so glad to have something of Izzy I can always treasure."
